Elizabeth Tomlinson has extensive experience in operations management within the restaurant industry. Currently serving as the Director of Ops Services at Chester's International since September 2022, Elizabeth previously held the position of Director of Operations at Cornerstone Restaurant Group from June 2017 to September 2022. Elizabeth's earlier roles at Potbelly Sandwich Works spanned nearly a decade, where responsibilities included District Manager, Operations Services Coordinator, General Manager Training Lead, General Manager, and Assistant Manager.
