Stephen Macdonald has been working in various technical and managerial roles in the foodservice equipment industry since the late 1980s. Stephen has held positions such as Technical Service Manager, Installation Manager, Technical Support Manager, Customer Service Manager, and Senior Development Engineer at Falcon Foodservice Equipment. Stephen obtained a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Falkirk College of Education.
