Manuelle Varlet has extensive experience in research and development within the food industry, currently serving as Directrice R&D at COFIGEO since October 2020. Previously, Manuelle held the same position at Saint Jean from July 2009 to September 2020 and worked as Chef de projets R&D at Fleury Michon between January 2006 and June 2009. Manuelle's career began as Responsable R&D at Soulié Restauration (William SAURIN) from October 1998 to October 2003 and included a role as Responsable Groupe d'Application R&D at Nestlé France from June 1995 to October 1998. Manuelle holds a Certificat d'Aptitude à l'Administration des Entreprises from Toulouse School of Management and an Ingénieur des Industries alimentaires with a specialization in Sciences et technologies de l'Emballage from ENSAIA.
