Melanie Dutt is an accomplished professional in customer success and partnership management, currently serving as the Director of Partnership Success at SoFi since January 2024. In addition to this role, Melanie is actively involved with Women of Customer Success as a member and serves as a Power Up Founding Mentor for Women in Customer Success. Previously, Melanie held multiple leadership positions at OpenGov Inc. from September 2019 to December 2023, including Director of Customer Success - Enterprise and Director of Strategic Accounts and Business Development. Melanie's extensive experience also includes roles such as Director of Sales at Kiefer Consulting, Inc., Chairperson for Democrats Abroad in New Zealand, Service Delivery Manager at NEC New Zealand Limited and Spark New Zealand, and Inside Account Manager at NWN Corporation. Melanie's educational background includes a Certificate in Executive Leadership from the University of California, Davis and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with an emphasis in Legal Studies from California State University, Chico.
