Luis Marquez is currently working as a Processing Manager-Off Shift at fairlife, LLC since October 2020. Before that, Luis worked at Phoenix Ice Cream as a Batcher/ Pasteurizer from August 2019 to October 2020. Prior to Phoenix Ice Cream, Luis held the position of Batcher at Shamrock Foods Company from July 2018 to September 2020, and also worked at Shamrock Foods Company from 2012 to 2018 as a cheese cook lead and Filler operator.
