Currently serving as the Founder and CEO of MWB Advisory Limited, Martin specializes in retail growth, transformation, and value creation strategies. In addition to this role, Martin holds advisory positions at multiple organizations, including ElephantSkin, VusionGroup, Quorso, RETHINK Retail, and Strategy&. Previous leadership roles include Managing Director and CEO of Trent Hypermarket Pvt Ltd-Star Bazaar and Chief Operating Officer of Martin Bailie Independent Retail Advisory.
