Carlos Lee has a diverse background in sales, operations, and talent evaluation, currently serving as a Sales Pro at BSN SPORTS since April 2022. With extensive experience as a Regional Scout at Factory Athletics since May 2010, Carlos has honed skills in talent evaluation. Previous roles include Area Operations Manager at Chewy from September 2021 to April 2022, and Marketing Development Manager at Snap! Raise, where efforts contributed to transforming fundraising for athletic programs. Carlos also held the position of Installation/Production Manager at Advanced Graphic Installations from June 2014 to March 2019, and played as a Minor League Player for the Atlanta Braves from June 2007 to April 2010. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management from East Tennessee State University and an Associate of Science in General Studies from Walters State Community College.
