Nick Page is an experienced professional in the field of reward and human resources, currently serving as Head of Reward at Williams Racing since August 2024. Prior to this role, Nick held various positions at St. James's Place Wealth Management from May 2016 to August 2024, progressing from Head of Reward to Divisional Director - Reward and People Regulatory. Experience at other notable organizations includes interim HR Director and Head of Performance and Reward at Sovereign Housing Association, Reward Manager roles at Nationwide Building Society, Arval, and Superdrug, as well as a Reward Advisor position at CIPD and a policy advisor role at the Confederation of British Industry. Nick holds a Master’s degree in social policy from the University of Kent, earned from 1990 to 1993.
