Joshua Harris has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Joshua is currently the Director of Process Engineering at Factorial Energy, where they have been working since September 2022. Prior to this role, they served as Senior Engineer and Senior Manager - Technical Operations Leaders from March 2021 to September 2022. From October 2019 to February 2021, they worked as a Senior Cell Engineer & Process and Product Manager at Factorial Energy. Before joining Factorial Energy, Joshua worked as a Senior Chemist from August 2018 to October 2019.

In addition to their industry experience, Joshua has academic experience as Program & Lab Manager and Senior Researcher at the Energy Advancement Center at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Joshua held this role from February 2015 to August 2018. Joshua also served as a Lab Instructor at the University of Massachusetts from September 2010 to December 2014.

Before their involvement in the energy and engineering field, Joshua had entrepreneurial experience. Joshua was the Vice President & Co-Founder of Zane Benefits from February 2005 to March 2007. Additionally, they worked as a Benefits Consultant at Extend Benefits Group LLC from September 2005 to March 2006.

Joshua Harris completed their education with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Tufts University between 2001 and 2005. Joshua then pursued further studies at UMass Boston, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from 2009 to 2011. Continuing their academic journey at UMass Boston, Joshua obtained a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Chemistry from 2012 to 2018.
