Jacob Conway has over seven years of work experience. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as a Crew Member for Trader Joe's, where they helped launch the opening of the Dallas store, assisted customers, and stayed up-to-date on new product developments, descriptions, and inventory. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as an Intern for Thriev, a UK-based electric chauffeur service, where they assisted the operations team with onboarding and rollout of a second fleet of vehicles and managed the company's social media accounts. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as a Product Development Intern for Highland Capital Management, L.P., where they assisted in the development and maintenance of content, including financial metrics, for use in new marketing materials and investor communications, and analyzed data from internal systems and external sources. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as a Content Strategist and Social Media Intern for Canonball, where they created original blogs and content, and monitored and managed client social media accounts. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as the Head of Operations and Marketing for Doughbies. Finally, from 2019 to present, they have been a Co-Founder of Uproot.
Jacob Conway graduated from Southern Methodist University in 2016 with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, General. Additionally, they obtained an Inbound Certification from HubSpot in February 2016.
