Phil Damato is the Sales Team Lead at Facility IT Group. Phil has over 20 years of experience in sales and sales management. Prior to joining Facility IT Group, Phil was the Regional Channel Director at Nitel, a telecom management service provider (TMSP) based in Chicago. Phil was responsible for Nitel's nationwide sales of MPLS, Ethernet, SIP and hosted voice, Internet and private line services.
Before joining Nitel, Phil was the Strategic Alliance Manager at S-NET Communications, Inc., a boutique cloud solution provider. Phil was responsible for developing and executing S-NET's cloud transition strategies and for selling SD-WAN, enterprise class firewall, cloud based disaster recovery, and IP telephony solutions with true contact center capabilities and reporting.
Prior to joining S-NET, Phil spent 22 years at ATI where they held various sales and sales management positions, including VP of Sales and Support.
Phil Damato's educational career began at Buffalo Grove High School. Phil then went on to achieve certification from Mitel in Mitel Sales Certification, and later from ShoreTel in ShoreTel Sales Certification.
Phil Damato works with Adam St Pierre - Technical Services Team Lead, Brett Veronico - Sales Team Lead, and Walter Krzyszton - Project Manager. Their manager is Shawn Bergfalk, President.
