Maarten Van Hemsbergen is a corporate finance consultant with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, project management, and advisory roles. Currently serving as a Corporate Finance Consultant at ELEVEN YIELD and a Project Manager M&A at Broekman Logistics, Maarten has also been involved with Stichting Energie Drimmelen as a member of the Supervisory Board since April 2021. As an Associate at Darwin, Maarten focuses on digital strategies for businesses, while also holding the role of Director at Foundation Hoograven since October 2015. As the Founder and Managing Partner of Navarre since March 2007, Maarten provides corporate finance and recovery services, alongside managing M&A processes at Facilicom Services Group. Previous positions include Managing Partner at Verstegen Corporate Finance and a member of the Non-Executive Board at Univé Zuid-Nederland. Educational qualifications include studies at Erasmus University Rotterdam and Breda University of Applied Sciences.
