Senior Manager, Global Support at F5 Networks

Dave Floden has extensive experience in customer service and support operations, currently serving as Senior Manager of Global Support at F5 since September 2015, after a tenure as Manager in the same division. Prior to F5, Dave held multiple leadership roles at Premera Blue Cross from March 2009 to September 2015, including Director of Customer Service Operations and Director of Claims Operations. Additional experience includes directing customer service operations at LifeWise Health Plan of Washington and managing customer contact management at Atmos Energy Corp., where responsibilities included overseeing large call centers and managing significant budgets. Dave's career initiated at Canadian Airlines International, where expertise in call center systems and telecommunications projects was established. Educational qualifications include degrees in Music, Arts, and Radio Broadcasting, along with leadership training from Leadership Amarillo.
