Ignacio Villanueva Alba currently serves as the Region Head at DO & CO AG, overseeing the recruitment and scheduling of the Madrid Crew for various international events, including prestigious sports competitions. Ignacio previously held the role of Manager at F1 Experiences, focusing on delivering exceptional hospitality at F1 Paddock Club lounges. Prior experience includes positions as a Design Engineer at Piedrafita, providing engineering expertise in high-pressure projects, and a supervisory role at New Line Events, managing VIP areas at the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium. Ignacio also captained the Rugby Club Aeronauticos team and gained early motorsport experience with UPM Racing and INTA. Ignacio's educational background includes a degree in Aerospace Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, complemented by international studies at institutions in Belgium, Germany, and the United States.
