Joyce Githinji has extensive experience in the biotechnology industry. Joyce began their career at the University of Greenwich in 2009, where they worked on an undergraduate research project. In 2013, Joyce worked on a postgraduate research project at King's College London. Joyce then joined Lonza in 2014 as a Technologist II, where they worked until 2017. During their time at Lonza, Joyce gained experience in various roles. In 2017, they joined F-star Biotechnology Ltd as a Research Associate, and later transitioned to the role of Senior Research Associate in September 2018. Joyce's work experience demonstrates their dedication to research and their progression within the biotechnology field.

Joyce Githinji holds a BSc in Biomedical Sciences, with a focus on Biomedical Sciences in general, which they obtained from the University of Greenwich between 2006 and 2009. Joyce then pursued their MSc in Biopharmaceuticals, specializing in Pharmaceutical Sciences, at King's College London from 2012 to 2013.
