Schmitt Norm currently serves as Business Development Manager and previously held the title of Corporate Sales Manager at Extru-Tech, Inc. since June 2004. Prior to this, Schmitt was the Manager of Sales and Marketing at Bachelor Controls, Inc. for over 12 years, where responsibilities included oversight of sales, estimating, and marketing functions within a multi-location systems integration company. Schmitt's early career included a role as Manager/Supervisor at Mid-America Dairymen, Inc., focusing on plant operations in milk production and contributing to the development of Food Safety Management Programs. Educational background includes attendance at Kansas State University and Highland Community College.
