Daniel Banko has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Daniel started their career in 1994 as a Process Engineer at RJ Frisby Manufacturing and worked there until 1997. Daniel then joined Duro-Life Corporation in 1997, where they worked as a Manufacturing Engineer until 2004. From 2004 to 2006, they worked as a Buyer at the same company. In 2006, they became the Material Manager and later the Operations Manager at Duro-Life Corporation until 2012. From 2012 to 2016, they served as the Precision Production Machining | Components | Sales Manager at the same company. In 2016, they moved to HYDAC Technology Corporation and worked as a CNC Production Manager until 2019. Currently, they hold the position of Operations Director at HYDAC Technology Corporation.

Daniel Banko studied Manufacturing Engineering at the University of Illinois Chicago.
