Robin McMillan currently serves as Chief Executive at Exton Park, overseeing operations in a renowned vineyard in Hampshire since July 2022. Prior to this role, Robin was Lead Mentor for The Drinks Trust Community Programme from November 2020 to April 2024 and held the position of Managing Director at Decanter from September 2018 to September 2020, contributing significantly to the brand's expansion in the wine industry. Additionally, Robin served as Chief Executive at The Wine Society from May 2012 to February 2018, helping manage a customer-owned co-operative with a vast selection of wines. Earlier experience includes serving as Chief Operating Officer at Berry Bros. & Rudd Ltd from March 2006 to April 2012, where operations were aligned with one of Britain's oldest wine merchants. Education includes a Diploma/Level 4 from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust, active since March 1996.
