Tom Piermarini is an accomplished manufacturing engineer with extensive experience in aerospace and electronics manufacturing. Currently at Extant Aerospace since March 2019, Tom focuses on capital equipment procurement and 3D modeling using CAD for manufacturing fixtures. Prior roles include engineering analyst responsibilities at Extant Aerospace, and process engineering technician positions at Harris Corporation and International Rectifier HiRel Products, where Tom facilitated new product processes and implemented Lean Manufacturing practices to enhance quality and efficiency. Earlier in career history, Tom held mortgage loan processor roles at multiple institutions and gained purchasing experience as a buyer/planner at Omnirel and Celestica, ensuring material availability for production needs.
