Caroline Pollklaesener began their professional career in 2013 as a Human Resources team member for WHU Euromasters. In 2014, they took on a role as Customer Service for Nonabox. In 2016, they interned as a Key Account Management for L'Oréal and in 2017 they interned as Trade Management for Unilever. Later that year, they became a Consultant and Head of Marketing for Cuora Consulting. In 2019, they joined Kaiser Associates as an Associate Consultant. In 2021, they became Chief Talent Officer for KitchenAdvisor. In 2022, they joined ExpressSteuer as a Senior Growth Manager and Founder Associate and nohype GmbH as a People and Organization Manager.

Caroline Pollklaesener's education history includes earning a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Business Administration and Management, General from WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management from 2013 to 2016. Caroline then attended Università Bocconi from 2017 to 2019, where they earned a Master of Science (MS) in Marketing/Marketing Management, General. During their studies, they also completed an exchange semester at University of Ottawa in 2015, and a Summer School in Behavioral Economics at University of Warwick in 2018. Caroline also completed an exchange semester at Copenhagen Business School in 2019. Additionally, they earned their A-Levels (Abitur) from Gymnasium am Stadtgarten, Saarlouis in 2013.
