Diana Emnett established Express Medical Billing Inc. in October of 1996, after working many years in the private sector. Diana graduated Summa Cum Laude with a BA in Accounting. She completed the degree requirements in 3 years, along with earning a 4.0 in her Accounting major. Diana has also passed the CPA exam.

Her work experience includes Revenue Management, Accounting Consulting and Auditing, and Accounts Receivable Management. While Diana enjoyed her management career in the private sector, she realized that it was time to turn her dream of managing her own company into a reality.

Express Medical Billing, Inc. was founded on Diana’s core principles of passion, productivity and purpose. Diana’s unique expertise enables her to easily resolve complex billing situations, analyze financials, and develop strategies to overcome common practice management hurdles. Every practice faces different challenges, but her extensive history in provider types and specialties has allowed her to develop solutions to these challenges.

Since the day Express Medical Billing, Inc. opened its doors, Diana has embraced change. She guided her team through contractor changes, 5010, ICD10, PQRS, now MIPS, as well as the research and study of new specialties. Diana is experienced in over 30 practice specialties and has worked with claims originating in over 15 states. Diana has designed Express Medical Billing’s unique collection process and strategy, setting the stage for collecting every dollar.
