Candice Rusch began their work experience in 2010 as a Receptionist at The Nail Lounge. Candice worked in this role until June 2012. In May 2010, they also worked as an Enumerator for the US Census Bureau, but this position ended in June 2010.

In 2011, Candice co-founded Agent Chill Entertainment LLC and became a Co-owner. Candice held this position until the present.

Since July 2017, Candice has been working at explore.org as a Technical Production Coordinator. In June 2019, they were promoted to the role of Director Of New Media, and they continue in this role to the present.

Candice Rusch holds a Master's degree in Visual Anthropology from the University of Southern California, which they obtained from 2012 to 2013. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology and Sociology from Vanguard University of Southern California, attending from 2007 to 2012. In addition to their academic achievements, they have obtained certification as a Ubiquiti Routing and Switching Specialist from Ubiquiti Inc. in March 2018, as well as certification as an Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in April 2020.
