Arthur Muller's work experience begins in 2009 when they joined McKinsey & Company as an Associate. Arthur then moved on to work for the presidential campaign of François Hollande in 2012, where they served as the Field Director and was responsible for managing a large-scale get out the vote effort. In 2012, they also worked as an Advisor to the Director General of Education at the French Ministry of Education.
In 2013, Arthur co-founded Liegey Muller Pons, a company that provides data analysis and technology for political campaigns. Arthur held the position of Co-founder and Chief Product Officer, overseeing the development of predictive modeling of election results and targeting at the micro-local level, as well as managing a SaaS app called 50+1 for mobilizing and organizing volunteers. Liegey Muller Pons has worked with 1500 campaigns in 5 countries, including the successful 2012 Hollande and 2017 Macron French presidential campaigns.
Alongside their role at Liegey Muller Pons, Arthur also worked as a Lecturer at Sciences Po, teaching a class on political campaign data and strategy in the Master in Public Affairs program. In 2019, they became a Franco-British Young Leader for the Franco-British Council.
Currently, Arthur is the Co-founder and Chief Product Officer of eXplain, an organization that provides AI solutions for professionals working with the public sector.
Arthur Muller began their education at Ecole normale supérieure in 2003 and completed their studies in 2008. During their time at Ecole normale supérieure, they achieved the distinction of being the top student in the graduating class. In 2008, they attended Harvard University as a special student, focusing on Philosophy and public policy, and completed their studies in 2009. Prior to attending Ecole normale supérieure, Arthur Muller completed their undergraduate studies at Lycée Henri IV from 2001 to 2003 in the Classes préparatoires program.
