Rushil Vachhani has a diverse work experience in different roles and companies. Rushil started their career in 2015 as a Program Advisor at Imarticus Learning Private Limited. In 2016, they joined Sensys Technologies Pvt. Ltd. as a Business Analyst and later became an Assistant Project Manager. In 2022, Rushil joined Expenzing- Sourcing, Procurement and Accounts Payable Transformed as a Project Manager.

Rushil Vachhani completed their secondary education at St.Francis High School in Vasai West, graduating with a SSC degree in 2008. Rushil then pursued their higher secondary education at St.Peters Junior College from 2009 to 2011, obtaining an HSC degree. Following this, Rushil attended the University of Mumbai from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology.
