Vijay Raj is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in the transportation and logistics sector. Currently serving as Vice President Operations at EXL since October 2018, Vijay has previously held key roles at AXA Business Services and AXA, including Associate Vice President Operations and AVP, from September 2016 to the present and 2016 to 2017 respectively. Prior to these positions, Vijay contributed to EXL as an Assistant Vice President and Senior Operations Manager from August 2010 to August 2016. Vijay holds an educational background from the Institute of Hotel Management, Kolkata.
