Tim Cox is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Senior Director of Human Resources at Expedia, Inc. since April 2013, Tim has excelled as an HR Business Partner Lead for legal, communications, and inclusion & diversity global teams, focusing on organizational design, talent management, and succession planning. Prior to Expedia, Tim held progressively responsible positions at Hotels.com, leading the HR transition for the company, and served as HR Manager at ADC, where Tim implemented leadership seminars to enhance management effectiveness. Earlier experience includes managing outsourced recruiting projects at Strategic Outsourcing Corporation and developing recruitment strategies at Tandem. Tim holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from The University of Texas at Dallas.
