Suman Nepal is an experienced professional in front office administration and team leadership, currently serving as a Front Office Administrator at Generator Copenhagen since September 2018. Responsibilities include customer service, financial database management, dispute management, and inventory oversight. Prior to this role, Suman held various positions at UNICEF Danmark from 2014 to 2018, including Team Lead and Team Coach, focusing on team motivation and training in corporate fundraising. As the Founder of Build a School For Nepal, Suman led efforts to construct a school in the Dolakha District after the 2015 earthquake. Suman has also contributed to research initiatives with organizations such as the Hambantota District Chamber of Commerce and the Centre For Micro-finance. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Current Development Issues and Humanitarian Intervention from the University of Agder and a Master's in Business Management Control Systems from Nord University.
