Hayley Bowd is a seasoned professional in talent management and development, currently serving as Senior Manager for Global Emerging Talent at Expedia Group. In addition to this role, Hayley holds the position of Global Development Chair for the WELL Board, focusing on women’s leadership within the organization. Hayley co-founded Elevate Hayley's World and previously worked at Thomas Cook as UK&I Resourcing Manager and Senior Resourcing Business Partner for Early Careers, Retail and Contact Centres. Earlier career experiences include serving as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at PA Consulting and as an Early Careers/L&D Analyst at Caterpillar Inc. Hayley holds A Levels in French from Abbey College and a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Management from Anglia Ruskin University, completing the degree through distance learning while working.
