Guillem Cifre has a strong background in finance, accounting, and auditing. Guillem started their career at Audestfin Auditors in 2008, where they worked in various roles in accounting, taxation, and auditing until 2014. Afterwards, they joined DER Touristik as a Contabilidad/Responsable Proveedores, where they worked until 2015. Since 2015, they have been working at Seera Group, first as the Head of Accounting and later as the Head of Finance, Admin, and HR at Seera Spain.

Guillem Cifre obtained a Master's degree in Accounting and Auditing from Universitat de Vic – Universitat Central de Catalunya in 2013. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Nebrija between 2009 and 2012. Additionally, Guillem Cifre pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Universidad Francisco de Vitoria. However, the start year and end year for this program are unspecified.
