Jim Miller has extensive experience in sales and management, with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Distribution Channel Manager at EXFO since October 2008, Jim previously held the role of Mid Atlantic Regional Manager at the same company. Prior to EXFO, Jim worked as Regional Sales Manager at JDSU from March 2005 to October 2008. Jim began their career at Ideal Industries, where positions included National Accounts Manager and various roles for 14 years from January 1991 to March 2005. Jim holds an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business (1988-1991) and a BSBA in Marketing from Robert Morris University (1980-1983), having started education at PennWest Clarion from 1978-1980.
