Customer Service Tech Rep at WVT Communications

Tammy Penson has a solid work history in customer service roles. Tammy started their career at Sitel in 1999 as a Customer Service Sales Support representative, where they made outbound calls to offer promotional offers. In 2002, they joined CCH UK, a Wolters Kluwer business, as a Customer Service Representative and worked there until 2007. Tammy then moved on to PTS Financial Services in 2008, where they served as a Customer Service Technical Support representative until 2015. Most recently, they joined Momentum Telecom in 2014 as a Customer Service Tech Rep. Overall, Tammy has gained significant experience in providing customer support and technical assistance throughout their career.

Tammy Penson attended Shorter University-College of Adult & Professional Programs from 2011 to 2012. While there, they studied Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Prior to that, from 1992 to 1994, they attended Georgia Northwestern Technical College where they focused on Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology. No degree was specified for either institution.
