José Manuel Medina Peñafiel has a wealth of experience in the field of business development and security. José Manuel recently served as the Director of Business Development at Exclusive Networks since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked for Logicalis Spain as the Director of Security from May 2014 to April 2022. José Manuel'sprevious experience includes roles at Bull, where they served as a Security Infrastructure Manager from September 2008 to April 2014, and as a Security Business Development professional from September 2006 to September 2008. Before that, they worked as the Technical Director at Identra, S.A. from June 2002 to June 2006, and as a Security Manager at Arista Ingeniería Tecnológica S.A from June 2001 to June 2002.

José Manuel Medina Peñafiel obtained an Executive MBA in Dirección y Administración de Empresas from AEDE Business School in 2011-2012. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies and obtained a Licenciado en Informática degree from the Universidad de Granada between 1986 and 1992. In addition, José Manuel holds several certifications, including AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in 2019, Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) from ISACA in 2011, and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) from ISACA in 2007.
