Kathi Hart has extensive experience in property management, currently serving as an Asset Manager at Excel Property Management Co., Inc. since July 2014. Prior to this role, Kathi was a Compliance Manager at CAHEC from May 2013 to June 2014 and held the position of Regional Asset Manager at Excel Property Management Co., Inc. from October 2006 to May 2013. Kathi also worked as a District Manager at Housing Management, Inc. from July 1990 to October 2006 and began a career in property management as a Property Manager at Westminster Company between July 1980 and August 1987. Kathi Hart holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Methodist University, completed between 2002 and 2004.
