Tyler Erickson currently serves as Managing Director at Vista Residential Partners since October 2022 and has been a Board Member of the Urban Land Institute Young Leaders since May 2017. Previously, Tyler held multiple roles at McWHINNEY from January 2016 to October 2022, including Senior Director of Multifamily and Senior Development Manager, where responsibilities included sourcing multifamily apartment deals, managing significant development projects, and conducting in-depth financial analyses. Tyler holds a degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance, Real Estate, and Entrepreneurship from the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business.
