Leonard Brown is a seasoned professional in business analysis and financial management, currently serving as Senior Manager of Business Analysis at EvolveNXT since December 2018. At EvolveNXT, a SaaS IT company focused on automating sales channel management for health plans, Leonard consults with health plans to enhance sales channel productivity and minimize administrative overhead, while overseeing the calculation of over $1 billion in annual sales agent commissions. Prior to this role, Leonard held positions at Universal American, where improvements in commission processes resulted in significant efficiency gains, and worked as a proprietary equity trader specializing in various sectors.
