Monica Mullen currently serves as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Evolus since May 2024. Previously, Monica held various positions at Ambry Genetics, including Senior Business Partner for People and Human Resources Manager from January 2016 to May 2024. Sustained involvement as an Independent Beauty Consultant at Mary Kay began in January 2010. Early career experiences include roles as HR Generalist at Moog Medical Devices Group and HR Support Team Member at Moog, Inc. Monica also worked as a Senior Administrative Assistant at Moog, Inc. from 2001 to 2007 and as Office Manager at Sister's of Charity Hospital from 1997 to 2001. Monica holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from Canisius University and a BS in Business Administration from D'Youville University.
