Nicole Tian-Hicks is a seasoned human resources professional currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner at Scale AI since November 2024. Prior to this role, Nicole held various positions at Nuro from December 2021 to November 2024, including Senior Human Resources Business Partner and Human Resources Business Partner. Nicole's experience also encompasses a role as Human Resources Business Partner at Infosys from January 2019 to December 2021, and as a Human Resources Consultant at Accenture from May 2017 to January 2019.
