Sindura Gadhi has extensive work experience in the field of software testing and quality assurance. Sindura started their career at Capital One Auto Finance in 2006 as a QA Tester and then joined UBS Investment Bank as a QA Analyst, where they worked from 2006 to 2010. In 2011, they joined UPS as a Sr QA Analyst and stayed there until 2014. Sindura then worked at Vonage as a QA Engineer from 2014 to 2015. Sindura joined INPENSA in 2015 as a QA Product Engineer and worked there until 2016. From 2016 to 2020, they worked at iCIMS as a Software Automation Test Engineer. Currently, they are working at Evisions as a Software Automation Test Engineer since 2020.

Sindura Gadhi attended Sree Seshachala School from 1994 to 1995, where they completed their 10th class. After completing school, they enrolled at Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University from 1998 to 2002, where they pursued an Engineer's Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering. In April 2019, Sindura obtained a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from scaled4agility | SAFe 4.6 Certifications | U.K., Europe, India. Additionally, they have an ISTQB CTFL certification from ASTQB, although the specific month and year of its completion are not available.
