Harshal Bagwe is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Workforce Management and Operations, currently serving as the Head of Workforce Management for Global Big Data and Security at Eviden since May 2022. Prior to this, Harshal held various leadership roles at Atos IT Solutions and Services A/S from 2017 to 2022, including WFM Leader for multiple regions and Head of Operations for B&PS Global Resource Management Group. Harshalā€™s earlier positions include Delivery Head for Siemens TOPAS and Energy & Utilities projects, as well as significant contributions in SAP project management roles across different countries and teams. Additionally, Harshal has a strong academic background with degrees from the University of Mumbai and management studies from JBIMS.
