Erdo Deshiant Garnaby has extensive experience in organizational development, change management, and human resources across multiple roles in various companies. Currently serving as the Organization Development & Change Management Head at PT Tigaraksa Satria Tbk since January 2020, Erdo focuses on enhancing organizational efficiency and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Previous roles include Human Resources Development Head and Organization Development Manager, where Erdo implemented significant HR and training initiatives, including the creation of a comprehensive HR dashboard and the establishment of Tigaraksa Digital Skills Academy. With a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Institut Teknologi Bandung, Erdo combines strategic leadership with a strong foundation in analytics and talent development throughout a diverse career that includes coaching, project management, and performance optimization in different sectors.
