Giulia Bai currently serves as a Duty Manager at Southwark Council since June 2023 and has held a similar role at Everyone Active - SLM since July 2017. In the capacity of Duty Manager, Giulia Bai is responsible for enforcing regulatory Health and Safety standards for groups exceeding 200 individuals while implementing thorough cleaning protocols to mitigate virus outbreaks. Leadership skills are demonstrated through the management of an 8-member team, focusing on customer service excellence and professional development through mandatory training. Giulia Bai efficiently addresses a high volume of daily inquiries and collaborates with various departments to resolve issues. Additionally, monitoring swimming pool safety through chemical testing and acting as the main First Aider for over 40 individuals exemplify Giulia Bai’s commitment to safety and care. Prior experience includes roles as Team Lead Manager and Lifeguard. Giulia Bai holds a Diploma in Professional Interior Design Skills from the National Design Academy, completed in July 2021.
