With extensive experience across various organizations, Emma has led significant initiatives such as the development of a cybersecurity maturity management program and the implementation of innovative GenAI solutions for policy management at Carnival Corporation. As the Owner and President of Achilles Shield, a boutique advisory firm, Emma focuses on supporting SMB and emerging market clients. Previous roles include delivering enhanced compliance programs at OPSWAT, managing global security and safety initiatives at Carrefour Global Sourcing, and implementing ISO27001 information security management systems at SYKES China.
