In 2016, Darien transitioned to Randstad Technologies US, where they continued their role as a Technical Recruiter, honing their skills in candidate identification and management.

In 2017, Darien joined Benefit Commerce Group, an employee benefits consulting firm, as a Benefit Consultant. Here, they developed strategies to lower group healthcare costs while maintaining employee benefits and integrated health and wellness programs to enhance productivity.
