Mihai E. started working at Philips in September 2021 as a Privacy Legal Intern. Mihai then advanced to the role of Privacy Legal Counsel in April 2022 and held this position until May 2023. In June 2023, they joined EVBox as a Privacy Counsel.

Mihai E. has a comprehensive education history in the field of law. From 2014 to 2018, they attended Universitatea de Stat din Moldova, where they obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree. During their time at the university, they also participated in a German Law initiation course offered by the IRZ foundation in 2016-2017.

In 2017, Mihai E. had the opportunity to study at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, focusing specifically on competition law as part of their LLB program. This experience provided him with a deeper understanding of this area of law.

In 2020, Mihai E. pursued further education at Maastricht University Faculty of Law, where they pursued a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in Corporate and Commercial Law. This program is expected to be completed in 2022.

In addition to their formal education, Mihai E. has obtained several certifications. In 2019, they obtained the European Union Trade Mark (EUTM) in a Nutshell certification from the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO). Mihai also acquired the Registered Community Design (RCD) in a Nutshell certification from the same institution in the same year.

Mihai E. has further expanded their knowledge by obtaining a certification in Well-known trademarks - which kind of evidence should be accepted from the EUIPO in 2020. Additionally, they obtained an IELTS certification from the British Council in 2019, demonstrating their proficiency in English.

Most recently, in 2021, Mihai E. obtained a certification in Data Protection and Privacy Rights from the Council of Europe. Mihai also achieved the OneTrust Certified Privacy Professional certification from OneTrust in 2021. These certifications showcase their expertise and dedication to the field of law, specifically in the areas of intellectual property, data protection, and privacy rights.
