Raphaël Gaudreault began their work experience in 2007 as a Sales Clerk at Daniro S.E.N.C. Raphaël then worked as a Software Developer at Progitech from 2012 to 2014. Following this, they started their own business called HaTchery, where they served as the Director from 2012 to 2015. Raphaël then worked as a GIS Software Developer at Mapgears from 2015 to 2016. In 2017, they held positions as a Software Developer at Hannah Distribution and as a Software Developer at Progitech. In 2018, they joined Eva as the Chief Technology Officer, where they developed a decentralized application on the EOS Blockchain and led a team of developers. In 2021, they became the Chief Executive Officer of Eva, responsible for financial packages, daily operations, and achieving growth objectives.

Raphaël Gaudreault has a diverse education history. Raphaël began their academic journey in 2008 at Odyssée Dominique-Racine, where they completed their DES (Diplôme d'études secondaires) from 2008 to 2013.

After completing high school, Raphaël pursued further education at Cégep de Jonquière from 2013 to 2015, where they focused on Mathematics and Computer Science. During this time, they also participated in a Language Course (ESL Program) at the University of Regina in 2015 to enhance their English language skills.

Raphaël continued their studies at Université Laval from 2015 to 2019, where they obtained an Engineer's degree in Computer Software Engineering. This degree provided him with in-depth knowledge and skills in the field of computer software engineering.

Further expanding their knowledge and global perspective, Raphaël attended the University of New Brunswick in 2014 to participate in a Summer class in the English Language Program (ELP). Additionally, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering at Linköping University from 2016 to 2017.

Overall, Raphaël Gaudreault has a strong educational background, focusing on computer science and engineering, with additional language and global experience.
