Shmulik Zilberman has extensive experience in technical support, project management, and pre/post sales roles within the telecom and technology sectors. Previous positions include working as a Pre/Post Sales Engineer and Project Manager at RISCO Group, and as a Customer Success and Project Manager at Draco Ltd., managing technical support for various telecom products. Roles at GreenIQ and iDigital involved leading technical service for global customers and Apple products, respectively. Shmulik's long tenure at Partner Communication Ltd included managing mobile and automotive devices, driving projects from conception to launch, and establishing testing protocols for mobile technology.
