Vesela Zlateva serves as the Vice President of Enterprise Risk Testing at Discover Financial Services since June 2007, where significant improvements in testing operations and compliance management have been achieved under their leadership. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President of Internal Audit at Morgan Stanley, where Vesela developed an IT audit function and established a comprehensive IT control framework, and as a Manager at Ernst & Young, specializing in independent financial audits and assessments. Vesela holds a Master’s degree in Computer, Information, and Network Security from DePaul University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations.
