Thomas Welek is currently serving as an ITIL Change & Release Analyst at Eutelsat OneWeb since January 2023. Previously, Thomas held multiple roles at iPSL, including Change and Acceptance Manager, where responsibilities included chairing CABs/ECABs, fostering stakeholder communication, and managing changes effectively. Other positions included ITIL Analyst, focusing on governance and adherence to procedures, IT Service Readiness Analyst, where conflict resolution and ITIL best practices were applied, and Change Analyst/Fraud Analyst, which involved training staff and identifying process inefficiencies. Thomas began the career as a Data Processor, ensuring data accuracy and reporting errors. Currently pursuing a BSc (Hons) in Digital & Technology Solutions at the University of Roehampton, Thomas is building a strong foundation in Information Technology, enriched by earlier educational experiences at Moulton School and Science College.
