Tobias R. has been working in the field of data engineering since 2011. In 2010, they began their career as a Human Resource Assistant at OSRAM. The following year, they took on the role of Project Management Assistant at Oldenburgisches Staatstheater, while also continuing to work as a System Developer SAP HCM at OSRAM. In 2014, Tobias R. moved to Affinitas GmbH and worked as a Business Analytics / Business Intelligence. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as a Digital Native at Rohnstock Biografien, and then as a Research Assistant | Intelligent Analytics for Massive Data at Deutsches Forschungszentrum für Künstliche Intelligenz (DFKI). In 2019, Tobias R. took on the role of Data Engineer at DKB | Deutsche Kreditbank AG, and is currently working as a Senior Data Engineer at LiveEO.

Tobias R. completed their Early Studies Program in Computer Science at the Carl von Ossietzky University of Oldenburg from 2009 to 2011. Tobias then obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science/Sociology from Friedrich Schiller University Jena from 2011 to 2015. Finally, Tobias R. received their Master of Science in Computer Science from Technische Universität Berlin from 2015 to 2019. Additionally, they have obtained two certifications from Coursera: "Getting Started with Data Analytics on AWS" in January 2022 and "AWS Cloud Practitioner Essentials" in December 2021.
