Lee Vance has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Starting in 2009, they worked as a Customer Relationship Manager at DHL Global Mail, where they managed $80M in annual revenue for global accounts in the Pharma/Life Science/Healthcare markets. Lee then moved on to become a Regional Sales Manager at DHL eCommerce Americas, responsible for prospecting and closing new business opportunities and growing revenue with existing customers.

In 2014, Lee joined The Refuge Center for Counseling as the Director of Donor Relations, overseeing the development and execution of the organization's Business Development Plan. Lee connected donor interests with the center's programs and volunteer opportunities, engaging and educating contributors.

After that, Lee joined G360 Surveys, LLC as a Business Development professional, focusing on identifying and developing new organizational relationships. Lee then transitioned to Auctane, a leading provider of eCommerce shipping technologies and services, where they worked in Sales for their Saas solutions. In 2019, Lee became the Head of Sales and Marketing at Zenda, powered by British Airways. Lee successfully identified and cultivated strategic relationships with large merchants, resulting in a 300% increase in new customer acquisition and a 35% margin improvement.

Lee's next position was as the Senior Director of Cross Border E-Commerce Sales at GEODIS. There, they supported clients in overcoming logistical constraints by leveraging their expertise in supply chain optimization and other aspects of the supply chain.

Prior to their current role as Senior Sales Director at Eurora, where they are responsible for generating revenue pipeline and creating market strategies for global verticals, they held positions such as Director of Sales and Business Development at ShipX, and Director of Sales for the Americas region at Gravity Supply Chain Solutions.
